WALT: understand information by looking at graphic features
It was easy to answer the question because I could use the picture and add more detail to my answer.
My next step is to read the rest of the book

WALT: Identify the vowel sound in each syllable
It was a bit hard because I didn't really know some of the vowel sounds.
Next time I want to learn all of the vowel sounds.

In this activity I had to answer the question and think about the graphics and colours and what they made me feel.  It was easy to answer the questions because the pictures helped me a lot.

I had to predict what the story was about.
It was a bit hard answering the questions because I hadn't read the story yet.
Next time I am going to read the story.

WALT:identify structure of a speech.

We were learning to identify the structure of the speech.
We had to write what we thought the introduction,body and conclusion needed/could to have.
It was easy because we had an example so we could relate to the example and get some ideas from there.  Next time we are going to edit our speeches with what we have learnt.
