My Reflection:

I think it was easy to write the correct spelling because our teacher had taught us the trick and I already knew how to do it.  My next step is to learn other ways.

Words That End In -E

It was easy to guess which one was right because I knew what the rule was.
My next step is to learn more about this rule.

Venn Diagrame

My Reflection:

First we had to listen to a story that was called little red riding hood.Next we had to do a character map about the story and who the characters of the story are related to. Then we had to do a Venn diagram which is above about little red riding hood and the big bad wolf.Finally we had to publish the Venn diagram on to our blog.I think it was easy to think of the bad and good qualities  of  the big bad wolf and little red riding hood.  I think it was hard to think of the same qualities that they both have.

Subitising

My Reflection:

It was easy to think of patterns because we knew what shapes there were to make.It was also easy to find out the answers because I could use skip counting and other strategies to figure the answer out.  I mostly used addition in the slide show above.

Adjective, Noun, Verb, Adverbs Chart

My Reflection:

It was easy to find the names of the animals because I already knew some names of the animals.It was hard to think of some adverbs and verbs.My next step is to learn more about verbs and adverbs

Spelling

My Reflection:

It was easy to write the right spelling because I knew what the rule was.
Next time I am going to try and do more of this so I have good practice.  I am proud of myself because I got all the words right!!!!

My Reflection:

First we got our pieces that we had to draw on a medium sized paper. Next we got out the pastels and started to colour it in.  Finally we put all the pieces together. When it was ready we found out it was a lion and we were so proud of ourselvesIt was hard to draw the shape because there were lots of lines and curves and other shapes that were hard.We choose the name loyal lions because lions are brave, smart and intelligent.The two ways I will be a loyal lion are  by working hard and taking risks.
